dunno whether this has been mentioned before but the music used on the Syrius satnav sponsorship of the Top Gear repeats on UKTV- anyone know what it is?

Not sure of the name but the lyrics go 'I will follow you darling, if you ask me to'. Did a search on google and didn't come up with much.
