Don't know if you've found out already, but the music is a traditional song, Mo Ghile Mear, arranged and sung by Una Palliser. Unfortunately, I cannot find any trace of her having recorded it.
FYI, Una Palliser is a member of the band Siren, a 4-girl kind of modern string quartet, who get a lot of work supporting some quite big-name artists on tour.
Info about the music was from Specsavers themselves, and confirmed on Una's MySpace website.
Hope this helps. Maybe if enough people ask, she would make the recording available somehow?
