E4 - "Second Chance Sunday" music

Hi All,
Would any all knowing person out there be able to tell me what the music is that plays over E4's "Second Chance Sunday" advert? I heard it on Saturday (03.02.2007) evening, although I don't know what time exactly. It sounds a bit power ballad-ish, and sounds remarkably like the music from the Gillette advert (i.e. "Best a Man Can Get") - but it isn't that.
