Grey's Anatomy on Five

I'm sorry this is going to be quite vague, but does anyone know what music was used to advertise Grey's Anatomy either last week or this week on Channel 5? Its a piano intro, quite slow, and I'm sure I've heard the song before, its driving me crazy!

Again, sorry its a bit vague. There are lyrics in the song but none were used in the advert. Basically I'm depending on someone having seen the advert and thinking "thats such and such"! Any help is very appreciated, thanks!

i think that the song is called they and its by Jem. song was also in the OC.
