theres a guy in an open top bus catching balloons that show different tv programmes and a woman in the street releasing the balloons from a cart. what is the song in this advert??

The track in question is a very slightly rejigged version of "Muesli" by Minotaur Shock, the first track on the rather marvellous "Maritime" LP available on 4AD. Also available as a single, I believe.
